About Course

In this Grade 8 Science course, we aim to provide a comprehensive understanding of scientific concepts that will form the foundation for future academic pursuits. This course is designed to help students learn Science in a fun and engaging way while also building critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In this course, students will learn to

  • Explain the formation and extraction of Coal and Petroleum
  • Understand the process of Combustion and Flame
  • Recognise the need for Conservation of Plants and Animals
  • Understand the concept of Reproduction in Animals
  • Explain the process of Reaching the Age of Adolescence
  • Identify the properties of Force and Pressure
  • Understand the concept of Friction
  • Understand the basics of Sound
  • Recognise the Chemical Effects of Electric Current
  • Understand the occurrence of Some Natural Phenomena

Our rockstar faculty will use engaging methods to explain complex scientific concepts to make them easier for students to understand. This course includes important features such as challenger assignments, mind-maps, chapter summary, gamified content, and real-life examples to ensure that students get a deeper understanding of the concepts covered in important chapters. For example, we will use real-life examples to help students understand the importance of Conservation of Plants and Animals, while mind-maps will be used to explain complex topics such as Chemical Effects of Electric Current. With our comprehensive approach to teaching, students will not only learn the material but also gain the confidence to apply it in real-life situations.
