Grade 7 – Science
About Course
Our Grade 7 Science course covers a wide range of scientific concepts and phenomena, from heat and motion to waste water management. Through engaging lectures, interactive practice assignments, challenging problem sets, and weekly tests, students will explore a range of topics including electric current and its effects, light, acids, bases, and indicators, physical and chemical changes, nutrition in plants and animals, respiration, transportation in animals and plants, reproduction in plants, and forests – our lifeline.
Our experienced instructors use a variety of teaching methods and resources to keep students engaged and motivated, including mind-maps, chapter summaries, gamified content, and personalised support. We believe in providing a holistic learning experience that enables students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of scientific concepts and their real-world applications.
In this course, students will learn to:
- Understand and apply scientific concepts related to heat, motion, electricity, light, acids and bases, and physical and chemical changes
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and make predictions
- Understand and apply scientific principles to real-world problems and phenomena
- Explore the structure and function of different parts of plants and animals
- Understand the processes of respiration, nutrition, and transportation in living organisms
- Explore the lifecycle of plants and their reproduction
